We are pleased to announce the newest addition to our executive team, Chief Financial Officer, Mary-Knight Tyler. In her role, Mary-Knight will oversee Legal, Human Resources, Facilities, Accounting & Finance, Risk Management and our Back Office. Mary-Knight brings extensive executive management experience that will support our customer-centric vision and growth priorities as a top Third-Party Logistics provider (3PL) in the nation.

Mary-Knight has over 30 years of financial and operational experience in a broad range of industries including construction products distribution, vertically integrated manufacturing and distribution, retail, and the services industry. She is a hands-on leader with expertise in accounting, financial and SEC reporting, budgeting and analysis, treasury, tax, information systems and internal controls. She has significant experience in Private Equity backed Companies and brings a wealth of knowledge, partnering with senior management to create and unlock value by executing on key strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, gross margin enhancement, strategic pricing, vendor consolidation, SKU rationalization, sales force effectiveness, fleet optimization, and implementation of key processes and systems that support the organization.

Mary-Knight was the Chief Financial Officer at Construction Supply Group, a platform rollup of 21 acquisitions in less than 4 years, becoming North America’s #2 leading distributor of construction materials, accessories, and tools along with value added services such as rental of forming and shoring equipment and rebar fabrication with revenue of approximately $1.2 bn. The Company has over 135 locations and two thousand employees.

Other experiences include Chief Financial Officer at A.H. Harris, a wholesale distributor and fabricator of specialty construction products and related materials with 55 branches and sales of approximately $400mm concentrated in the northeast and mid-Atlantic Regions;  CFO of Winroc-SPI, an $800mm distributor of gypsum, ceiling tile and related building products as well as mechanical and industrial insulation with 110 branches across the US and Canada and CFO of Roofing Supply Group, the fourth largest wholesale distributor of roofing supplies in the United States. 

Ms. Tyler started her career at Arthur Andersen. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a CPA.
