The roll-on, roll-off shipping business is riding a wave, with rising cargo volumes delivering increasing profits despite the fragile economic situation in its core European market. The industry took “a big step forward” in 2016, building on the previous 12 months of stabilization and recovery, according to Pris-based ship broker and consulting firm Barry Rogliano Salles (BRS).
