Joint US-Mexican rail facility to speed trains at Laredo

As US, Mexican and Canadian negotiators clash over the future of the North American Free Trade Agreement, trucking companies, railroads and logistics providers are expanding facilities in Laredo, Texas, to combat congestion, equipment imbalances, and expedite shipments and vehicles at the border.
