The Retail Industry Leaders Associations just named nine new members to its board of directors, including six CEO’s from some of the biggest names in retail. Joining the RILA board for the first time were CEO’s from J.C. Penney (Marvin Ellison) Foot Locker (Richard Johnson), PetSmart (Michael Massey), The Home Depot (Craig Menear), Michaels (Chuck Rubin) and Dollar General (Todd Vasos).
