U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx Sept. 7 announced 18 infrastructure projects across the country will receive federal grants as part of the Fostering Advancements in Shipping and Transportation for the Long-term Achievement of National Efficiencies (FASTLANE) program.
